Once you’ve taken the BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale:

Drive up Highway 101 North, the Sunshine Coast Highway, for approximately 64 km ( This will take you around one hour depending on your average speed ).

Following the twisty section of the Highway ( about four minutes from the Pender Harbour sign board ) you will see a sign for Frances Peninsula Road, a Curtis Lumber, and a small strip mall to your right, and a left turn lane.

Turn left onto Frances Peninsula Road and proceed for about 1 km until you cross the little bridge over Canoe Pass ( past the Lowes Resorts sign on Lagoon Road and past the Lougheed Mansion ).

Gilden Road is the first road to the right shortly after the bridge. It’s a one-block country lane style road with a keyhole stand of trees in the middle. We are at the end of the street past the trees. Look for the red roof!
